We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Returns & exchanges
You can request a change of mind return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where supplied.
For change of mind returns, you will need to cover the postage to return your hat and have the replacement sent to you.
For exchanges, you also pay the postage to receive your replacement, even if your original order qualified for free shipping. We’ll confirm the cost and send a secure payment link before dispatch. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Original delivery charges are not refundable for change of mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds & faulty items
Eligible refunds are processed within two business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution. We cover the return postage and any replacement delivery costs where applicable.
