All standard cap orders are packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday.
Custom Cap Orders
3-5 days
Personalised Caps
Custom orders are crafted in our Brisbane workshop and have a turnaround of approximately 3 to 5 working days before dispatch.
Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Enter that number on the Australia Post tracking page to see live updates.
Track on Australia PostIf you track within 24 hours of receiving your shipping email and nothing appears, do not worry. The tracking number has been generated but carrier records may not have updated yet. Check again after 24 hours.
