Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once the return is approved, place a new separate order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for getting the right item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the credit to your account.
